The LeadScout mobile app is built for reps working in the field. Everything you can do on the web — pinning prospects, recording knocks, managing territories, and checking the leaderboard — is available on your phone, with a map-first interface designed for one-handed use on the go.

LeadScout uses the same account for the web app and the mobile app. You don’t need to create a separate login.
  1. Open the app after installing it.
  2. Tap Sign in on the welcome screen.
  3. Enter the email address and password you used to create your LeadScout account.
  4. If your team uses single sign-on (SSO), tap Continue with SSO instead.
Once signed in, you land on the Home tab. If your account doesn’t have a company workspace yet, the app guides you through a short onboarding flow identical to the web version.
If you’re joining an existing team, you need to accept the invite email your admin sent before you can sign in. Check your inbox and click the link in the invitation.
The app has five main tabs at the bottom of the screen.
The Home tab shows your daily stats at a glance — doors knocked today, hot leads, appointments, and closed deals. It also displays upcoming appointments so you can jump directly to a prospect’s detail sheet from your calendar view.

Pin a prospect from the map

Pinning a prospect creates a record tied to a specific property location on the map.
1

Open the Map tab

Tap Map in the bottom navigation bar.
2

Drop a pin

Long-press on any location on the map where a property sits. A pin appears immediately at that point, and LeadScout begins reverse-geocoding the address in the background.
3

Fill in prospect details

The prospect detail sheet slides up from the bottom. Add the homeowner’s name, phone number, notes, and any relevant tags. The address field populates automatically once geocoding completes.
4

Save

Tap Save (or navigate away — LeadScout saves your changes automatically). The pin stays on the map, color-coded by its current lead status.
For canvassing a whole block quickly, turn on Turbo Pin mode using the lightning bolt button in the map toolbar. In Turbo Pin mode, a single tap drops a pin without opening the detail sheet. You can go back and fill in details later.

Record a knock

Recording a knock logs a visit to a property and captures the outcome of your interaction.
1

Open the prospect

Tap a pin on the map to open the prospect detail sheet. You can also find the prospect from the search bar or filter list.
2

Tap Record knock

Tap Record knock at the top of the detail sheet.
3

Choose an outcome

Select the outcome that matches what happened — for example, Not home, Not interested, Hot lead, or Appointment set. The available outcomes are the lead statuses your admin configured during onboarding.
4

Add notes and save

Type any notes about the visit, then tap Save. The knock is logged and the pin’s color updates on the map to reflect the new status.
The knock appears in your team’s analytics immediately. Your Home tab stats update in real time throughout the day.

Offline mode

Offline mode is available on the Pro plan and is listed as coming soon. Check your plan details in Settings → Billing to see whether it’s enabled for your account.
When offline mode is active, you can continue pinning prospects and recording knocks without a cell signal. LeadScout queues your changes locally and syncs them automatically as soon as your device reconnects to the internet. Nothing is lost if you lose service mid-route. In areas with spotty coverage, the map tiles that have already loaded remain visible. New tiles won’t load until connectivity is restored.
