Navigating the map
Pan the map by clicking and dragging (or swiping on mobile). Zoom in and out with the scroll wheel, pinch gesture, or the + / − controls in the corner. The map loads your last 30 days of prospect activity by default so you see recent work without having to change any filters. On your first visit, the map automatically applies a Last 30 Days date filter. You can clear this by clicking the × next to the “Last 30 Days” chip in the filter bar.
Color-coded pins
Every prospect pin on the map is colored to match its current lead status. Your admin sets these colors in Settings → Lead Statuses, so the exact palette depends on your team’s configuration. At a glance, you can see which doors have been knocked, which are hot leads, and which have signed contracts — without opening a single record.Dropping a pin and creating a prospect
1
Tap or click on a location
Tap anywhere on the map where you want to create a prospect. A pop-up appears showing the detected street address for that location.
2
Select Add Prospect
Confirm the address in the pop-up and click Add Prospect (or Drop Pin, depending on your platform).
3
Fill in prospect details
The prospect form opens. Enter any details you have — name, phone, email, and an initial status. Everything except the address is optional.
4
Save
Click Save. The pin appears on the map immediately in the color matching the status you selected.
Filtering prospects on the map
The filter bar above the map lets you narrow which prospect pins are visible. Filters work together — applying multiple filters shows only prospects that match all of them.By status
Show only prospects at a specific lead status — for example, just “Not Home” doors you need to revisit, or only “Hot Lead” pins ready for follow-up.
By tag
Filter pins to a specific campaign or label. If your team uses tags like “Solar” or “Roofing Leads”, you can isolate those on the map.
By rep
Admins and owners can filter by assigned rep to see a specific team member’s prospect pins. Reps always see only their own prospects.
By date range
Limit the map to prospects created within a time window — useful for reviewing a specific canvassing session or week of work.
Viewing territory boundaries
Territory polygons are drawn on the map as shaded overlays with their names labeled. All territories your team has created are visible simultaneously, so you can see which areas are covered and where territory boundaries fall relative to your prospect pins. To jump to a specific territory, go to Territories, find the territory in the list, and click the map icon on its row. The map opens focused on that territory.Territories are visible to everyone on your team. Prospect pins are filtered by role — reps only see their own, while admins and owners see all pins.
