When you connect Google Calendar, every appointment you create in LeadScout is pushed directly to your primary Google Calendar as a calendar event. Your field schedule stays in sync with the rest of your day — no manual entry, no double-booking. The connection is per-user, so each team member connects their own Google account independently.
Google Calendar sync is available on the Pro and Scale plans. If you don’t see the option in Settings, check your current plan under Settings → Billing.

Connect Google Calendar

1

Open the Integrations settings

In the LeadScout web app, navigate to Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar.
2

Start the connection

Click Connect Google Calendar. You will be redirected to Google’s sign-in and permissions page.
3

Grant calendar access

Sign in to the Google account you want to use, then click Allow to grant LeadScout access to your Google Calendar. LeadScout requests access to create and delete events on your primary calendar.
4

Confirm the connection

After granting access, you are redirected back to LeadScout. The Integrations page will show your Google Calendar as Connected.
Use a personal Google account that you already check daily. The integration writes to your primary calendar — the default calendar tied to your Google account.

How appointments appear in Google Calendar

Once connected, any appointment you create in LeadScout is added to your Google Calendar automatically. Each event is titled “Lead Scout Appointment - [Prospect Name]” so you can identify it at a glance.

Event details synced

The event includes the appointment start time, end time, and time zone — exactly as you set them in LeadScout.

Attendees included

If the prospect’s email address is on file, they are added as an attendee on the Google Calendar event.

Deletions sync too

Canceling or deleting an appointment in LeadScout removes the corresponding event from your Google Calendar.

Per-user connection

Each team member connects their own Google account. One person connecting does not affect other team members.

Calendar settings

After connecting, you can adjust how LeadScout uses your calendar. Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar and open Calendar Settings to configure:

Disconnect Google Calendar

1

Open Calendar Settings

Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar and click Calendar Settings.
2

Disconnect

Click Disconnect Google Calendar and confirm. LeadScout immediately removes your stored credentials.
Disconnecting does not delete events already on your Google Calendar. Any appointments that were previously synced remain in Google Calendar until you delete them there manually.
