How appointments appear in Google Calendar
Once connected, any appointment you create in LeadScout is added to your Google Calendar automatically. Each event is titled “Lead Scout Appointment - [Prospect Name]” so you can identify it at a glance.Event details synced
The event includes the appointment start time, end time, and time zone — exactly as you set them in LeadScout.
Attendees included
If the prospect’s email address is on file, they are added as an attendee on the Google Calendar event.
Deletions sync too
Canceling or deleting an appointment in LeadScout removes the corresponding event from your Google Calendar.
Per-user connection
Each team member connects their own Google account. One person connecting does not affect other team members.
