# LeadScout mobile app for iOS and Android

> Download the LeadScout app, sign in with your account, and start pinning prospects and recording knocks from the field on iOS or Android.

The LeadScout mobile app is built for reps working in the field. Everything you can do on the web — pinning prospects, recording knocks, managing territories, and checking the leaderboard — is available on your phone, with a map-first interface designed for one-handed use on the go.

## Download the app

<CardGroup cols={2}>

## Sign in

LeadScout uses the same account for the web app and the mobile app. You don't need to create a separate login.

1. Open the app after installing it.
2. Tap **Sign in** on the welcome screen.
3. Enter the email address and password you used to create your LeadScout account.
4. If your team uses single sign-on (SSO), tap **Continue with SSO** instead.

Once signed in, you land on the **Home** tab. If your account doesn't have a company workspace yet, the app guides you through a short onboarding flow identical to the web version.

<Note>
  If you're joining an existing team, you need to accept the invite email your admin sent before you can sign in. Check your inbox and click the link in the invitation.
</Note>

## Navigation tabs

The app has five main tabs at the bottom of the screen.

<Tabs>
  <Tab title="Home">
    The **Home** tab shows your daily stats at a glance — doors knocked today, hot leads, appointments, and closed deals. It also displays upcoming appointments so you can jump directly to a prospect's detail sheet from your calendar view.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Map">
    The **Map** tab is where most field work happens. You see a live map covered with color-coded pins representing all your prospects. From the map you can:

    * Tap a pin to open the prospect's detail sheet
    * Long-press anywhere on the map to drop a new pin
    * Enable **Turbo Pin** mode to drop multiple pins quickly
    * Filter visible pins by lead status, assigned rep, or territory
    * Search for an address using the search bar
    * View territory boundaries overlaid on the map
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Territories">
    The **Territories** tab lists all territories in your workspace. Tap a territory to see which rep it's assigned to, how many prospects are inside it, and the current coverage progress.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Rank">
    The **Rank** tab is the gamified leaderboard for your team. It shows each rep's ranking by doors knocked, hot leads, appointments, or closed deals. Your own rank and current streak appear highlighted so you can see where you stand.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Profile">
    The **Profile** tab shows your account details and lets you sign out or switch between team workspaces if you belong to more than one.
  </Tab>
</Tabs>

    Type any notes about the visit, then tap **Save**. The knock is logged and the pin's color updates on the map to reflect the new status.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Offline mode

<Warning>
  Offline mode is available on the **Pro** plan and is listed as coming soon. Check your plan details in **Settings → Billing** to see whether it's enabled for your account.
</Warning>

When offline mode is active, you can continue pinning prospects and recording knocks without a cell signal. LeadScout queues your changes locally and syncs them automatically as soon as your device reconnects to the internet. Nothing is lost if you lose service mid-route.

In areas with spotty coverage, the map tiles that have already loaded remain visible. New tiles won't load until connectivity is restored.
